On Tuesday, July 25, come join a CLE course taught by Mira Weiss, Esq. on the increasingly important and complex issue of client capacity, guardianship and attorney ethical obligations when working with clients with diminished capacity.   Assessment tools will be provided and emerging changes in the law will be highlighted.
